In appreciation of our service women and men, we offer a 5% discountto all active, reservist, veteran, and retired US military personnel, and to the spouses and dependents of active personnel.

We offer a 5% discount for eligible first responders and medical professionals in the US.

Who is eligible for the discount?
Most types of medical professionals and first responders are eligible—including doctors, nurses, technicians, medical researchers, EMTs, firefighters, law enforcement, etc.

Can I use the discount more than once?
You can always ask for a new discount code from us if the first code expires. 

Does the promo code expire?
Yes, each promo code expires in 30 days after it’s issued.

What kind of documentation do I need to upload?
Medical professionals may need to upload official documentation that shows your first and last name and current medical license.

First responders may need to upload official documentation that shows your first and last name, organization name, and your status as a first responder.

To get the military discount, you’ll need to upload official government-issued documentation that shows your first and last name, branch of service, and your current military status.

How long will it take to get the promo code?
In most cases, verification is almost instantaneous. We’ll provide your promo code on-screen and through email. Occasionally verification requires a document review and can take up to 20 minutes—in this case, we’ll send you an email with your promo code.

Can I use this coupon code together with other codes?
Only one coupon code is allowed for each order. 

Is my information safe with you?
We delete your ID photos instantly. Only your name and email address is kept in record. And we do not share any information with any other 3rd parties.
